We're so glad you are here. First, let us briefly introduce ourselves: We are women in our 40s and 50s who have been long time friends. We are overall very optimistic and prefer to have a good attitude towards life, even when facing adversities. We also know we can always count on each other when needed. That makes our friendship means so much more to us!

Since we've always loved chatting about the blessings and challenges of being a mom, as well as work, spirituality and fun popular news, we've decided to create the High Vibes And A Mic Podcast.
We believe a lot of you would relate to our stories so why not share them with more people so that we can all support each other and laugh together? As women, we know the importance of finding a tribe and having a good time. Our podcast seeks to help you do just that.
