Happy New Year! We hope you all had a wonderful and relaxing Christmas break. Are you ready for 2024? We are! Usually, in the beginning of the year, we feel energized and have a lot of excitement with all the possibilities that lie ahead of us. There's also the chance to look back and contemplate what worked and what did not work in the previous year. That's what episode 55 is all about! We discussed our highs and lows of 2023 and talked about some of our goals for 2024.

We strongly believe that having a new year's resolution written down on paper is very beneficial. At the end of each year you can go back and look at what you have accomplished. Doesn't it feel good when you're able to check most of the items on your list? It's so empowering to see how capable we are of manifesting things big and small! We feel proud and might even feel inclined to push ourselves more to accomplish bigger goals.
However, when a few items on that list could not receive the check mark, we could feel a bit disappointed. That happens to all of us since it is pretty hard to check 15 out of 15 items on a list! Don't let that discourage you though. That's your chance to try again and accomplish more and get better results! Analyze the reasons for those efforts not to be achieved and do what is necessary to make sure they become a reality in 2024.
Another thing to keep in mind is to make sure we put ourselves as priority! As moms, we always end up setting our desires aside in order to make room for all the family demands. Let's make sure we write down what we want for us, whether it is losing some extra pounds, joining a book club, doing that special treatment you always wanted to do, etc. If it's going to make you feel good, do it! Everyone in the family wins when mom is happy!
